Warm salted caramel cacao mylk (v. comforting!)

Soak 1 cup of cashews or nuts of choice for at least 5 hours or overnight. Tiger nuts also work well with this recipe. Once soaked rinse and add to a powerful blender.

Add 1 date or fig,
1/2 tsp vanilla powder,
1 tsp cacao powder,
1 tsp maca powder,
a dash of cinnamon,
a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and
1tsp Beauty Elixir.

Add 11/2 cup of filtered water and blitz until you have a mylk type consistency. Add more or less water dependant on your desired consistency for your mylk! Warm in a pan and serve with a sprinkle of cacao nibs & dash of cinnamon. You can add a little sweetener of your choice to this recipe as well however the date/fig and vanilla tend to add sufficient sweetness!
