Vitality Balls

1 tbsp Energy Elixir
2 tbsp chia seeds,
2 tbsp desiccated coconut,
150g almond butter (or nut butter of choice),
dash of maple syrup,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1 tsp vanilla powder or extract,
100g flaxseed,
3tbsp ground almonds,

Mix all ingredients together into a ball until thoroughly mixed and you are able to form balls with the mixture. It might be easier just to get your hands in and mix like a dough with your hands. Roll into ping pong ball size balls and then finish by rolling in coating of choice such as chopped nuts, coconut, cranberry powder, seeds, cacao powder or sesame seeds. Refrigerate to firm up and you’re done.
