Spiced squash smoothie (can be served warm)

1/2 cup cooked or raw squash
1/2 cup cooked or raw sweet potato
1 cup Coconut mylk or nut mylk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract or powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 tsp Cardamon
1 x Date
1 tbsp Beauty elixir
1 tbps Coconut yoghurt (or yoghurt of your choice) Handful of spinach
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Flaxseed
1 tsp Almond butter

Filtered water if required to get your perfect consistency – add ice if you want it cold or why not try serving warm.
