Recovery Nice Cream – (Lemon, nut butter and banana)

1 tbsp Sport Elixir                                                                                                                                                                                              1-2 frozen bananas
small handful of ice
1 cup frozen greens (such as spinach,chard, cabbage, kale – we love to buy two packs during our weekly shop and freeze one bag especially for smoothies!)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
tiny pinch pink Himalayan salt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond or cashew butter
1/2 cup cashew mylk
1/2 cup filtered water (add last in case the consistency is perfect for you before this step!)
Blend in a high powered blender and serve in your favourite bowl topped with chopped raw bars / cacao nibs / frozen fruit
