Morning Greens Mylk

1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds
3 cups filtered water,
pinch of pink himalayan salt,
1tsp vanilla powder or good quality organic extract

Blend your mylk with 1 tsp Morning Elixir, 1 tsp good quality matcha green tea powder, thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, dash of cinnamon & maple syrup (or preferred sweetener).

You can then customise this mylk how you like by adding cinnamon, nutmeg, dates, cacao, ginger, juice, anything goes.
