All these symptoms can be linked to an imbalance of our hormones, namely oestrogen and progesterone. The day workshop explains what is going on in the body and why these symptoms can occur. Led by nutritionist and Alchemy founder Karen Newby, the day will give you lots of practical tips on how food can help balance our key hormones. It will also include a hormone balancing yoga session with Ayesha Nauth from the Hot Yoga Hub in the woodland yurt, a hormone balancing lunch and an overview of Karen’s favourite supporting supplements all in the beautiful surroundings of Tilton House near Lewes.

Foods to help combat specific conditions – mood swings, heavy periods, PMS and menopause symptoms.
A vegan lunch showcasing hormone balancing ingredients.
An hour de-stress and supportive yoga session in the woodland yurt with Ayesha Nauth.
