Hot Chocolate Beauty Porridge

1 cup oats (or quinoa / buckwheat if you prefer 3 cups mylk (we like to use unsweetened almond or if you prefer a creamier porridge use coconut milk) 1tbsp Beauty Elixir 1 tbsp cacao powder pinch pink Himalayan salt 1 tsp maca powder 1 tbsp acai powder or a piece of frozen acai 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond butt.....

Hibiscus cranberry warm throat tonic (think warm ribena!)

Blend: 1 tbsp Beauty Elixir handful of fresh or frozen cranberries, couple of blueberries, couple of raspberries, squeeze of raw honey (or dash of maple syrup if vegan), squeeze of lemon slice of fresh ginger with filtered water (feel free to use maple water or coconut water here Warm and serve. .....

Beetroot Pomegranate latte

Blend 1tsp beetroot powder, 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds & 1 tbsp Beauty Elixir with a tiny smidge of raw honey. Pour into 2 latte glasses. Steam / froth some almond or cashew mylk and top your glasses. Add a couple of pomegranate seeds to the top and voila! .....

Spiced squash smoothie (can be served warm)

1/2 cup cooked or raw squash 1/2 cup cooked or raw sweet potato 1 cup Coconut mylk or nut mylk 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or powder 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice 1/4 tsp Cardamon 1 x Date 1 tbsp Beauty elixir 1 tbps Coconut yoghurt (or yoghurt of your choice) Handful of spinach 1 tbsp Chia seeds.....

Beetroot, apple, ginger, chard, lemon, orange, rhubarb. Juice the above and enjoy over ice. .....

Berry Beets Chia Pudding

First pulse some fresh or frozen raspberries in your blender. 10 or so should be fine (this makes enough for 4 small servings or 1 large breakfast serving – you can even warm it up!) Add 1 cup of chia seeds into a bowl or jar and add 2 cups of dairy free mylk and 3/4 cup filtered water or coconut water. Add 1 tsp beetroot powder (or you can use freshly juiced beetroot juice as a replacement for some of the above liquid quantities).  Add your pulsed rasps, 1 tbsp of Be.....

Warm salted caramel cacao mylk (v. comforting!)

Soak 1 cup of cashews or nuts of choice for at least 5 hours or overnight. Tiger nuts also work well with this recipe. Once soaked rinse and add to a powerful blender. Add 1 date or fig, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder, 1 tsp cacao powder, 1 tsp maca powder, a dash of cinnamon, a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and 1tsp Beauty Elixir. Add 11/2 cup of filt.....
